At present, the output transformers of similar products all adopt the water-cooled structure, which is prone to burn out due to the scaling and blockage of the copper tube; in addition, when working at high frequency, the transformer with the water-cooled structure has a very large eddy current loss, so the efficiency is low and the cooling water consumption is large. Some products use soft turn-on, hard turn-off (or hard turn-off with buffer) circuits, so the IGBT loss is large, and the IGBT is easily damaged under overload conditions. The IGBT coolers, resonant capacitors, transformers, and reactors of the equipment adopt a water-cooled structure, which is prone to failures such as water leakage and blockage. The control circuit of the equipment cannot effectively limit and protect the equipment under the conditions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit of the sensor, overheating, water cut, etc., resulting in equipment damage. The control circuit protection is easy to act, or the anti-EMI capability is poor, resulting in poor equipment reliability. After rectification, large-capacity power capacitors are directly used for filtering, without filter inductance or DC side IGBT chopper circuit, so the power factor is low and the input current harmonics are large; if power electrolytic capacitors are used, there are defects such as heat generation, series connection, and short life. .
